What custom-made means for you

You bring us the part you mold today or the granule you use, and we reproduce it with the same performance starting from recycled plastic. For us, there are no standard solutions, only recipes designed for your project, for your molding line and for the recycled content you need to meet.

Moreover, it doesn't necessarily cost more. Many people think custom-made means mandatory additives or special materials, such as rubber or talc. That is not the case. If a composition close to the standard one is enough to meet your specifications, we don't complicate it and we don't add unnecessary costs. Additives and mineral fillers enter the recipe only when your application requires them.

How we start

You bring us the part or the material you use today, the technical data sheet and your aesthetic and mechanical requirements, and we analyze it in our laboratory. Only in this way can we reproduce your material correctly. Then the laboratory and the sales team develop the formulation together.

What you can decide

You can act on three fronts, on your own or together with us.

• The performance, such as impact resistance, flexibility and modulus, because every product has its own ideal stiffness: a shelf needs a high modulus, a bucket must give when you squeeze it, a garden chair sits somewhere in between.
• The recycled content, by choosing the percentage of virgin and certified recycled material according to your goals and the requirements of your customers.
• The look of the part, with color and, when needed, mineral fillers such as calcium carbonate and talc up to 40%.
