A recycled compound must work well on your line, not on just any line. With B2B compounding we develop the formulation starting from your product, your machines and the performance you need. The result is a granule with chemical-physical characteristics close to those of virgin polymers, designed for your application and not adapted after the fact.

Why compounding makes the difference

A recycled material produced without thinking about the final application has few possible uses, and often forces processors to chase the material with constant process adjustments. Every product has its own mechanics, its own aesthetics and its own required recycled content, and a custom compound is the only one that meets them all.

How a compounding project works

It starts with a preliminary technical study. You send us the part you mold or the material you use, the technical data sheet and your aesthetic and mechanical requirements, and the laboratory analyzes everything. Together with the sales team, we then build the formulation for that specific need, defining the components, verifying the physical-chemical and mechanical properties and checking the color, so that you receive a compound ready to be put on the machine.

Compounding and quality, batch after batch

A compound works if it is checked at every step. The DSC test verifies the composition, the IZOD test measures impact resistance and the flexural modulus test finds the right stiffness for your application.

Once the first test on the material has been successful, we keep verifying through further tests that the compound maintains the same level of quality from one batch to the next. In production, in-line controls ensure consistent batches that comply with the specifications agreed with you, and this is what allows you to work with more stability, less waste and better performance.

Every product has its own formula. Have you found yours yet? Tell us what you produce and let's build it together.
